Hit Willard tonight in hopes of some walleye, got one huge tug and surprise it was a great wiper. Planned on keeping him, so I built a livewell in the rocks. As I was getting ready to head home I went to get the wiper, as he slipped out of my hands. Dohhhhh!!!! Bonehead of the month award goes to...... This guy [cool]

At least with a pic I can dream about how good those fillets would have tasted [

That hurts. Bet your tummy was all kinds of knotted up after that. Had the same thing happen last week, but my "Wiper" was a little smaller, you might even call it a little Crappy one.[

Had a bass pop off while I was unhooking once, and was up on some rocks - it bounced down and around - poor guy! Luckily - he wiggled his way back to the water, and didn't get stuck wedged between boulders....
Guess you'll just HAVE to go back and "do it again" Jack!
Thats a toad wiper man! Ahh, can't wait to get up there again! They should be fat hogs this year after another great forage year and a mild winter
