i have a question for anybody who might be able to help me out. so i have been fishing the jordan in the same spot for about a month and a half from now and evertime since ive started fishing it, the water level has been dropping dramatically. so this spot had a big sanf bar and dppression close to the shore and since the water level had been dropping it created a pool of water next to the river where any fish that were there got stuck. so my question is i know there were fish spawing on this flat sandbar when the water was high and now when i go to fish it there are a ton of little fish minnows or frye. not sure what kind they are or anything like that but i wondered if it was legal illegal to net them in a small net and let them bac go in the river cause another week and they will die from either lack of oxygen or the puddle will go dry. also what kind of fish do you guys maybe think they are. walleye frye, suckers, carp, not quite sure. any hep on this would be good. thanks
