Still doing some saltwater fishing and thought I might post an update for those anglers sharing the same interest on CFF. <br /><br />I was able to make it out a few hours this weekend. Lots of bait finally moving in, no kings off the buoy-line or nearshore reefs accessible with my bay boat but they should be close soon. I also found a nice spot loaded with snapper 5 miles out for the few weeks when they become legal to harvest. Later I ran up on a couple acres of spanish mackerel off the beach and the water was lit up full of life and color!<br /><br />I am blessed to be walking and fishing for a few hours after 2 weeks on the couch with a herniated disc. One thing I am grateful for is walking...even in pain, it is a good thing!
