can any one tell me some good spots on the jorden river for cats and rigs i have been to the jorden like 6 times and nothing please help

anywhere near the pump house. if you have a 2 pole permit use one rod with a float and worm second rod heavy sinker with some cut bait (i like wb heads). Cut bait cast out and let it hit bottom pull in until you find a hole and let it sit. worm and bobber float it out and keep an eye on it if it get to close to the banks bring it in and try again.

go to the iron bridge in Lehi, go anywhere north of it on the walking path and find a nice slow moving curve or bend in the river, use nightcrawlers, shrimp, or cutbait such as minnows or dead carp. use a heavy weight on the bottom or the current will drag you into all kinds of snags. cast to the middle of the river and watch for subtle bites. good luck!

I like just south of the iron bridge. I show up early and catch some white bass/ carp bait with worms. I think white bass meat works the best for kitty kats. I dont use worms at night, because I only catch Yellow Belly's (aka Mudders, Bullheads, Mudcat. etc) with them.I look for a big bend in the river or a big log or tree that is redirecting the flow of water and fish there. I use a single medium sinker (The ones you bite or plyer onto the line) a swivel and a snell. I like this set up because if the fish swallows the hook, just open the swivel and throw the fish back grab another hook and go. I have found the light weights do not snag up as much as the heavier weights in these areas. I do not like areas with the current, because I snag up a lot or just hook a Yellow Belly after Yellow Belly . Yellow Belly's put up a good fight, but do not allow the bait to sit long enough on the bottom so anything else can find it. Yellow Belly's ability to swallow the hook is legendary and because of this I try to avoid them. Well I hope this helps
