Headed down to the river after work to get some cats and maybe an eye.started throwing jigs, changed colors a few times with no love, next I put on a 3 in. pink grub and finally got a hit, and it was a good one! Set the hook and it took off, pulling out drag swimming up stream. Thought I had on a nice eye and after fighting it for a minute I was sure that it wasn't because it was fighting different and had some serious muscle. When I finally got it in I was surprised to see a big old kittie with the pink grub sticking out of its mouth. Tried that spot for a little longer with no more fish so I moved up the river to a good hole and caught a few cookies and a fat mama. Another good day on the jordan[]

looks like the day I had yesterday! channels have started heating up lately. got my team mate his first cats. still a little afraid to touch them tho hahaha

Ya I did that last year with just a little guy and I was amazed how much pressure they have. I dont know how those crazy noodlers do it without losing a hand.
