Hit UL Provo again this weekend and the WB are continued to want to play. Last week all males were caught, this weekend we had a good mix of both males and females. Same gear as last weekend and same suggestion to be away from crowds and use a craft if possible as most fish are just out of bank anglers reach. We caught about a bucket full of the WB and 1 carp, then decided to try for some cats, glad we did. We caught 5 mudders and 5 channel cookies and missed a ton more. WB meat used under a bobber in the reeds.

Great report. I think I'm heading back out again Monday to go after the white bass. Looks like I'll need to bring my kitty pole too.

So true, we caught 46 white bass in one hour at Provo boat harbor about 30 yards from shore. In that time the 20+ fisherman on shore caught only one between them that we could see. This was last Wednesday 7:30-8:30.

Yeah, I felt bad for the folks on shore, many of them young kiddos. Most were catching a few here and there, but nothing like about 30-50 yards off of shore.
