If you're gonna do Clarks Hill try the Keg Creek area. The 104/47 goes right over it about 2 miles north of Pollards Corner. Wildwood park is on the right just before the bridge. Just past the Bridge, on the left there is a large dirt/gravel patch you can pull into and park. There are a few trails that head down to the water. Depending on your set up and if you have help or not It's pretty easy to get your boat to the water. If you put in there the main creek channel will be to the east. Good fish on the East side of the bridge. Lake Olmstead on Broad St and Milledge road. Fished it once and didn't catch anything. However Locals tell me they catch Bass up under the docks on the Far side from where you would drop your boat/kayak in. I'd also look into what you can do at Lombard pond and check out The new Savannah Lock and Dam. Let me know how things turn out and Good Luck. P.S. Don't Underestimate the power of Google Earth. Download and use it.
