got up real early this morning since i didnt have to be to work till 4 this afternoon, got up to the spot we fished last week when the water was real murky and high all of the sudden, so i didnt expect to catch too many. got to the spot around 7:30 and started using a spinner to start and caught one dink brown about 12 inches, got kinda bored with that and went to the true way to catch fish on the weeb flyfishing. started nymphing with different sculpin patterns aswell as some new wet fly i picked up at fish tech that were reccommended by nate. between me and my dad we each caught about 10 trout each and about 5 whities. only two of them were over 16 iches the rest were kinda small for the weeb. i dont know why but the weeb produced so much better than it has this year, a good surprise was my second cutty out of there this year. the bite on the weeb slowed down at about 1 pm. we decided to come back to town because i also had to pay a bill at the bank before i had to work.

THE JORDAN
decide to hit the jordan while we were down that way anyways and i had 2 hours to spare. fished somewhat of new spot before i hit my regular spot and it really sucked, so on to my norm spot. got there and immedialty my dad pulled out about a 15 pound carp, what a fighter it was to. we ended up catching about 10 suckers my dad caught another big carp so he ended up with 2. my suprise for this trip on the jordan was only catching 1 18 inch kitty, usualy i can get about 5 in a trip in the cookie cutter size, and also only 1 white bass too cause usually i cant keep the white bass off in that spot. they must have moved to another spot[crazy]. i also took another swim in the river on the same rock that kinda teeters in the water, i thought maybe i would learn a lesson from the first time but no i had to get on that rock for prime casting and in i went, yuck
