Got on the river early. We started with buzzbaits and spinners with no takers. Switched to jigs and plastics not much there either then Brent found the color that they seem to want (chartreuse pumpkin). Brent done most of the catching today as I had a bad headache and was not much in the mood to fish for the better part of the float. Thats the bad part of a float trip u just can't load up n head for home. I did catch a few but no big ones Brent caught some nice ones and a couple of nice slabs. We had a nice trip other than the headache. Nice to get to fish with an old friend again
