Last weekend May 25-27 the Billfish bite got more active. With Boats out of cangrejos and San juan seeing Blues in the 300-500 pound range. Fishing Legend and Kimi actually got big blues spooling their teaser without mercy. Although the big girls were around most of the fish released were in the 100-200 pound range. Today out of San juan we released a 130 poind blue and grand illusion released a white marlin.
there is plenty of food around so marlin are having their feast. The rest of the week was mostly small, tunas, macks and the migthy cudas.
the full moon is the June the Fourth. The reports from the DR are arriving hot and I am pretty sure that many Boats will start to fish this moon at St Thomas.
