Has anybody had any luck with the kokenee at flaming gorge? Any advice?
Kokanee fishing on the whole lake right now is unbeleivable. The fish are from 10 to 30 feet deep and they will bite just about anything you put down there although pink squids are getting the most action. Get down there now !!!

What JL said. Nothing more to add. Everybody is catching limits+. Pink. North is best. Anvil/Holmes/Buckboard. I've heard "crazy" good reports from Buckboard.

Hurricane-force winds today.

The fishing around Buckboard this past week-end was as good as you could ever ask for, as stated, pink anythings and orange a close second. 18-32 ft.

How big are the Kokes running now? I don't have time to come now but if they are big I may have to make an exception. Thanks J

Most are 2 - 2 1/2lbs, with a few 3's

They spawn in the fall, they are biting now however.

Sorry poor choice of words on my behalf. I didn't mean running like spawning I meant how big are the fish? Thanks anyway. Later J

We were catching 2.5-3.5 lbs. Nice sized fish. A buddy of mine was catching them the size of a jumbo perch, probably about a pound.

Sweet thanks hey do you know where I can get the reciprocating use stamp to fish the Wyoming side and also the muscle cert for Wyoming? Do I need to get that in Green River or can I get all that stuff at Manila? Thanks J

You can get it all in Manila at the Market.
