I finally did get to go fishing this weekend at Anderson. Saturday night used dodgers and hoochies came up with nada. Sunday after a nice relaxing breakfast, hit it again at 10:30. Switched to various pop gear and wedding rings and dropped it all to the 40 feet range. Caught 10 pan fryers in about 2 hours and lost at least that amount. Had 3 double hook ups with only onr resulting with 2 fish in the boat. Wind picked up in a huge way between 12:30 and 1 and just got worse throughout the day o after 1, we turned our fishing rig into a boating rig and pulled kids around.
Slow trolling tight figure 8's. Nailed them all about the same spot.
Worm, Fire Corn and shrimp oil. Probably would have been fine with the fire corn alone. Just south of Curlew.
No reason to PM me. This is all there is. Awesome camp spots were open right by the Parking area last night when we left. I wish I could take a few days this week to stock up.
