The snake river bass masters put on an annual weekend of family fun. sat.july 7th is a youth tournament and raffle (Last year they let them weigh perch crappie or whatever so it was fun.) I think the youth entry fee is only $5 Sun. July 8th is the lady bass its only $25 to enter and 80% goes to the winners with the rest going to a needy family christmas fund. There will be a BBQ that is free to the participants and families.

We have participated in this the last two years and its the funniest fishing tournament I've been to. Its less competitive and more about family fun, getting out fishing and meeting new people at a BBQ.

Maybe. We don't have a good place to stay if it gets hot. We only have a tent and my wife is real sensitive to the heat. It can make her sick. I sure would like to go. Sounds like a hoot! You could teach me how to fish Cascade!
