the narrows is turning into a P O S not worth even wasting my time going there..
the tubers have littered the place with trash. it seems a new group goes down every 2 mins floating right down the holes..

it don't seem fair i have to pay to use the water in the form of a fishing licence.

Why don't they have to buy a tub licence

I think this has been a never ending battle for sure! I agree the trash is something else. I have found it better to wait for the flows to be down before i even consider fishing the narrows. They have had the flows high for a couple weeks now..

If it continues like it is, they should just put in the reservoir there. the moss is so bad later in the summer that it is hardly fishable when the river is down. Atleast a res would give us a place to fish without moss and tubers.

I do not fish it unless it is fall or spring. Summer i head for the res.

I've been thinking the same thing the past couple of years. The moss is so thick that it's pretty much unfishable. If you don't get a hit in the first few seconds of a retrieve, you bring in a floating salad. I'm beginning to care less and less about that canyon.
