Well the boys took it to Dad on Wed evening. I did not catch a single fish! emoBooHoo Of course being the good Dad I am I let both boys have my spinning reels rigged with shakey heads and I was left with baitcasters rigged with various lures emoBooHoo emoBadLanguage We started fishing in CFP and Jack struck first with a nice bass emoAngler We pulled out of the shade around 7 and went to a couple of ledges. Could not find any fish on first two emoScratch Did not even mark a school of bait. Moved around and started fishing a dropoff with about 12 ft of water to cast to and drag to about 25 ft. There were balls of bait but could not mark any fish. The boys wanted to move but the guide said NO - Patience and let's let the wind blow us down this edge. emoGeezer Sam hooks up first fish emoFish and it is a big one. Then Jack hooks one right after that one and it is also nice. Went on to watch them catch around 20 between the two of them. I don't even know what I was doing emoDoh Fun to watch them :emoticon: you know! Any hoo Dad stopped one more place and could not hook up but as daylight faded the boys got into some TW and caught about 5 more small schooling bass and you guessed it - They used Dad's TW rods. Cooled off fast but not looking to fish much next couple days!! emoSun Too hot!
