Yes you can. South of the north marina is the primo spot in the back water. You can break a few arrows off the dike if you like, might even scare the power squadron away standing up front with a bow in hand... [#0000bf]Deleted[/#0000bf] I can see the headline already... Local skier skewered by fisherman.... Roflmao.... However the best carp shooting is found in Willard spur. Just west of Willard bay.
