After my last day on the Provo and the horrible day i had at strawberry i needed some redemption, And i got it! After chatting with the guys at fish tech and getting the appropriate fly's we couldn't get to the river fast enough... We tried a couple hours on the lower via recommendation of some friends and after nothing we thought lets go hit the middle... So about 25 minutes i had my hares ear in the water and had my first fish! Finally! It was only about 6 inches but it may as well have been a state record. After a few small fish i tied on a pmd and tried some new water, BAM! a nice 17'' brown... and then another, and another! oh sweet sweet revenge! I didnt get any pictures for fear of falling in the fast moving water and ruining my camera but i can tell you i felt great! I can now go a few more days satisfied and happy with myself. Fish on y'all!

Side note: My dad came along and couldn't get a bite. I think its his technique and nymphing comfort zone. I don't think i can teach very well... Any body know any good nyphming teachers in the area?

Mike Navidomskis(I think that's how you spell it) teaches a beginners nymphing class. His website it www wildtrouts dot com. It's a very good class for beginners. I believe the classes are held at Davis High School.
