I was fishing at Rock Creek a few days ago. At one of the places I stopped I noticed two dozen fresh roses that had been placed on the bank with a circle of rocks around them. Then I noticed that across the river there were two wooden crosses with fake red roses adorned to the bottom. Just curious if anyone knew what they were there for.
