Just what the title says. I'd like to get a scale that I can take a quick weight measurement on fish with that is as fish friendly as possible. What do you guys use/recommend?

Any scale that can weigh your net is fish friendly. Net the fish and weigh the fish in the net. Subtract the weight of the net after the release.

Lipping a large fish is one of the worst things you can do.
Large fish were never meant to have their weight fully supported by only their lower lip.
Think about how you would fare hanging by your lower jaw from a Boga grip style scale.
Only amateurs lip large fish, probably the same guys that put their fingers in the gills.

Just what Don said. If they're big enough to weigh, they're big enough to weigh in a net. Hook the "hook" of the scale onto the net, lift the fish in the net, and there you go. Been doing that for 30 years.

appreciate it guys, I rarely weigh fish because I don't want to keep them and the scale I had was one that I wasn't gonna use unless that fish was gonna be coming home. I've always just taken measurements and made an educated guess.
