The 2013 product line from Mustang Survival includes a brand new inflatable PFD made with Membrane Inflatable Technologyâ„¢ (M.I.T.) and the waterproof and breathable Catalyst Flotation Pant.
The all new M.I.T. 100 is a stylish, easy to use and easy to wear inflatable PFD featuring Mustang Survival's exclusive Membrane Inflatable Technologyâ„¢. Because M.I.T. inflatables are made with a special stretch fabric derived from the medical industry, they offer a lighter and more flexible fit than other PFDs on the market. The new M.I.T. inflatable provides 26 lbs (100 Newtons) of buoyancy when inflated, and offers more flotation and comfort than a traditional bulky foam vest.
The Catalyst Flotation Pant is designed with the same exclusive M-Tech Comfort Systemâ„¢ technology as Mustang Survival's Catalyst Flotation Jacket and Coat. Like the jacket, the Catalyst Flotation Pant provides the utmost comfort in a waterproof and breathable design that also offers hypothermia protection. Fully seam-sealed with added comfort features like fleeced-lined hand warmer pockets and zippered legs for ease of donning, the flotation pant can be worn with the Catalyst Flotation Jacket or Coat as an integrated flotation suit.
