I was wondering how is the fishing under the jordanelle dam for browns if theres any good action going on and any one fishing the jordanell lately as well because im going up there on saturday so Im going to be fly fishing most of time and just want to have a good time. Please any info on the river or nelle will help thanks .

I would think you're a couple months early for the brown spawn. I haven't been there lately but have heard a couple good reports.

middle of november until middle of december, roughly, give or take a few weeks. watch where you step!

I supposed there all different but a brown starts spawn in October and does.so tell January . Right now they are starting a pre spawn where they fatten up for there run. Ive been watching the browns pretty close and they are getting really active over my way. And im sure it is the same else were if not.close behind.
