Sorry I was late getting back in touch...the reason I asked this question is because someone said they had heard about it but I was just trying to find out if it was true. If it was it wouldn't have been a very good time because the fishing as not the best this past week. I hope it starts getting better. I will report if I see some changes.

I hear you, we were up there on Fri and it was slow for sure compared to the week before. There was suppose to be a KFF get together on Sat but that is all that I have heard. Did you forget your password, on your other user name?

Yes I did forget my password and user name. I have a bad time remembering! I have heard there may be a fishing derby next April for the cutthroats. This would be by the State Parks but I haven't heard anything official as of yet. I hope the fishing on the lake will start picking up but I don't foresee that until we start having normal Fall weather days.

I spoke with the state park superintendent today. He indicated they will be trying to put together a fishing tourney in April. I don't have any other details at this time since they are just in the preliminary stages in planning it.
