Despite a lot of misgivings, and reading threads about poor fishing with the frontal passage, We had a birthday trip to be celebrated emoParty emoUSA <br />and we decided to try anyway.<br /><br />Good choice! emoAngler <br /><br />We went to most of the secret emoDoh holes and did well.<br />Caught over 55 crappie and a few bass.<br />We ended up with 30 keepers and had fun in the slightly stained water.<br /> The candle on the birthday cake was YB thinking he had a world record crappie on.<br />I thought it might be a blue slimer, but it turned out that the fish I netted for him was a 4lb 1 oz LM (TGF)<br />Nice catch on a 4lb crappie rig. He never horsed it and was easy on the fish.<br />He done good emoThumbsup <br /><br />We quit around 2:30 and went home.<br />Jigs were deep and outlaw special in a Mo-glo was a hot color.<br /><br />Can&#39;t wait to get out with pardner again.<br />We had fun emoParty <br /><br /> emoCool
