The Clearwater is really backed up right now with Dworkshak at low flow. We fished under Memorial Bridge and the temperature was 58 degrees there! The river was about 2 feet higher than normal due to the Snake pushing upriver. About halfway through the morning the current actually started going up river which is pretty crazy for that far up. We only got one legitimate bite all day on pink shrimp suspended under a bobber at around 7:00. I landed him and he was a decent size and a great fight; likely because he was wild. He was hooked right below the third pylon on the city side. There is a lot of junk in the river and we really need some rain or flows from Dworshak to get that area hot again.
