At the inlaws for the weekend and they put me to work. Butchered cut and wrapped 3 white tails and 2 elk today. And ill tell you after today I dont even want to think about my own when and if I get one. Lots of cutting lots of wrapping.

butchering has always been a huge affair with my family because everyone reaped the benefits if they helped. it also helped that it would pretty much turn into a party while it was happening.
