I was talking to my Uncle and he has a Johnson 4 hp two stroke boat motor. He said he wants to sell it so I went to look at it. He bought it at his Brother " my other uncle" Farm Auction. This motor has never been used and still has the original hang tags on it. I don't think it has even been started.
Well he wanted me to get it for my pontoon. He bought it for a kicker but his motor ran slow enough to never need it. I don't know what year it is but it looks good. It doesn't have a reverse but it does turn 360 degrees which I like. It also has a remote tank not a built in one.
I got the motor for 200 dollars. I will have to go back to pick it up later I didn't have a truck to take it home. This would be a nice upgrade to the optimus prime pontoon. Ron
