Fishing the lower Owyhee? How is it these days? I haven't fished there since I was a kid.

It seems to be pretty good every time I go. Some days are better then others but always catch nice fish. They just dropped the river to 28 cfs over the past couple days so fishing should pick up when things settle down a little. A lot of the browns appear to be spawning already so steer clear of the riffles and redds if you go this fall.
