My son, nephew and I went up to Strawberry today and had a great time. We left the boat at home and walked the shoreline on the south end of the lake. We do this trip every November to re-stock our lure and bubble supply. We didn't get much till we got into the deeper water but once we did the fishing was fast and furious for the nice cutts. We had numerous doubles and were doing great till the wind really picked up. We went to a more protected area that was deeper and got into some nice bows. We did the best on white tube jigs tipped with night crawler. We had a great day, the weather was great, caught more cutts than we have in a long time and brought some nice bows home to eat. Oh and I found 8 rapalas, 5 flatfish, 16 bubbles, and a nice anchor. We also saw three golden eagles and one bald eagle. My nephew has some pictures but I'll have to wait for him to send them to me.
