Has any one fished electric or any of the other ones close by in the last week or so? I'm assuming there is still no ice yet. Any info would be great!

Huntington and Cleveland had some scattered ice on saturday, but Fuzzy said they've cleared off since. No ice to be seen on Electric yet.

The fish are very inactivity and hanging out on the bottom. I have been going up once a week for the last couple months and found the activity really slowed down this past 3 weeks. They were very aggressive first of November hitting everything at E lake. Last week it was hard to figure out what they wanted. Caught all of them jigging off the bottom. Im planning on Hitting the hard deck at Huntington next week. I have been looking at Sno-Tel daily to see what the temperature is on top.

Arrived at noon and headed over to the fingers on the south end. The fishing was decent for the most part. Tried a few different set ups and found what worked best. Caught over 20 in the 4 hours i was there. The tigers have sure taken off this year producing some good size. Btw Ron i have seen you up there a couple times over the last few years. Tell me are you the expert? I was just curious on what your report was?

Right..You would probably tell me to troll or use bail from the shore lol. I don't want to be rude but over the hundred times i have fished that lake this year and over the last 20 years i got it down. That is one of the only lakes i fish!

well good for you.. you must have it down better then anyone..
good luck to you.

I don't want to be the "know it all type" because i don't know it all. I'm sorry if my last post came off a little offensive as may have sounded. I took your comments a little personal. That is one of the only lakes I fish. The first few years it was fun fishing with bait and trolling certain parts of the lake. Then it just became boring doing the same thing and catching fish the same way every time. I purchased sonar and under water camera to learn the terrain and the different channels where the fish live at certain times of the year. I have learned a lot studying the lake and patterning the fish throughout the seasons. I spend every free minute I have at electric lake always trying different tactics and learning as i go. I apologize I responded the way I did cause I felt like you were questioning my knowledge on the lake.
