<br /> Grayson and I are getting a little smarter (hopefully) in our old age. We waited until 9:00am to put the boat in this am and fished until around 3:00pm.<br /> We caught 54 Crappie with 12 keepers. The keepers were 2 @ 12&amp;quot;, 2 @ 11-3/4&amp;quot;, 2 over 11&amp;quot; and the rest were between 10&amp;quot; and 11&amp;quot;.<br /> We used BG BS on 1/320z jigs. The water temp. was 47*. We caught fish both deep (25&#39
and shallow (7&#39. The go to lure color was Chartruese/Bone.<br /> Since this might be the last time we fish this year I will share our total fish caught and keeper caught counts with you. For the total quantity of Crappie caught it was 5,776 and the keepers out of that amount was 1,806. Never bought the first minnow all year. We also ended the year with 34 Crappie TARP&#39;s. The largest was a 16-1/2&amp;quot; Black Crappie.
