Been sitting here at Mantua for just over an hour. Watched someone go in up to their waist. They are further east than I am by about 30 yards. I am sitting on 3 inches of ice with a couple inches of slush and another 5 inches of snow or so. Fishing hasn't been hot, but it has been steady so far.

Weird how the ice hasnt gotten thicker since last weekend...Temps have stayed below freezing since.

wonder if he made it up to the knoll- where the other trickle inlet flows in. We fished next to that last year (Toadly was there) it was kinda spooky, but pretty good fishing.
Long as he doesn't lock his keys in the car with it running while naked outside - should be ok!!! [:p]
