I was just wondering if anyone has ice fished Birch creek lately? I have never been up there and would like to get into some nice tiger trout. I know the road through monty is closed. How is the road up to the reservoir? Any info will help thanks

Welcome to the site BS5000. It is a steep walk up the face of the dam and back down to the water because the lake is low. Don't except to catch many fish either, if any at all. A friend fished there last week and caught 0 in four hours.
