Fished the bay north of Soldier Creek Marina. Used a white gitzit-waxworm, was over 17 to 13 feet of water. Caught 5 pretty good slot cutts, biggest 20", from 8am to noon. Dad was skunked.Real light bite,missed a lot, sonar and looking down the hole was the way to hook them.3.5" ice with another 2.5" of almost frozen snow-slush crap. Plenty of ice for me,until my dad brings his snowmobile, tow-sled and all the gear onto the ice. Scared the crap out of me! The ice singing wasn't to fun.
