Headed back up to the rock today. Weather was nice but windy whenI got there and then turned bad real quick.
Todays catch wasnt as good as the other days but I managed 11 perch. Just 200 feet or so south of the original location. 200 feet North I also found perch. Just not in numbers like the southern spot. Once again the perch were 40 feet. 40.6 feet according to the flasher. I am thinking the more north of ground zero you go, the less perch there are. So Ill just keep heading south from there and see what I come up with. The bite only lasted for an hour. Turned on just as quick as they turned off.
I also got one nice bow in 11 feet of water. he was covered with sores.
The weather chased me off today. By 100 PM is was lightly snowing by 200 PM I couldnt see the dam.
the biggest one today was 9 inches and the smallest was 6.5.
