Just crossed the Weber at the mouth of the canyon - frozen solid all the way across. Actually saw a guy nonchalantly walking across on it.
I am guessing that it is the same farther up the river too.

I would not assume the whole river is like the mouth of the canyon. That area tends to freeze during cold winters. Plus, with this inversion, temps are warmer at higher elevations such as the middle section.

Would not be at all surprised if it is frozen. I have only seen the provo river at the state park freeze once in my lifetime and it's "safe" ice now. Hell has frozen over this year lol.
