I fished Rock Cliff yesterday (thursday) morning. All the perch you want. Unfortunately, nothing with any great size. Trout action has been pretty steady also for me this year. I have been fishing about 30 feet of water, trout suspended at about 12 and 20 feet. Wax worms on green ice flies has been really productive.
This is the only area of the reservoir that I have been too. The water is really low and it is quite a walk to get down to the water. The walk is miserable enough, one guy paid me $20 to pull him back to his truck after fishing last weekend. But, after yesterdays rain it would really be a pain right now. As I was leaving yesterday, the rain had left the trail down to the water in a state of mud and slush. Luckily, I was on my ATV.
Fishing has been good, but if you're walking I would look for a different area right now.

I fished just north of the marina in hailstone. Not a bite all morning, only my second time out there. Any slush from the warm weather was all but refrozen. 10 inches of ice by the dock. 6 out by the bouys. The ice out in the main body of the lake was 4 inches a week ago before the thaw. Looked pretty slushy but black out on the main body.

Fished north of hailstone Sunday check my post last week. All fish were 38' deep including trout. Good action until 1:00 and then a camera was necessary to connect. All fish were caught on green rat finkes and purple gem-n-eyes. Ice was 6" and solid.Good luck and tip all jigs with perch eyeballs or meat.

Yep that was me, in the green jacket, moving around trying to find some trout cruising near the surface. Got one real nice bow last week out by the point on the main body of the lake. Only about 8 feet of water, my test hole near shore produced 5 bites. Panfishing the bottom is new to me. So good to know I am in the right neighborhood to find em.
