Water temp: 49-50
Clarity: lower end: good upper end: sucks
lake level: 8ft+ on Sunday

Well fishing has still been good despite the high water and tough conditions. It's been Spotsticker city out there recently. My guys have boated some big Spots using Spotsticker jigs, crawlers, and premium football heads all tipped with Big Bite soft plastics. Numbers aren't great everyday I'm averaging around 15 fish per day but the size is good. Boating fish a little of everywhere too, very typical for February/late winter as the fish start to really spread out. Here's a few pics from the last week.... Congrats to Spencer and Daniel for boating their personal best Spotted Bass last week!

Also please check this out, I'd love someone from GON to win this. Thanks to Joe and Jim from Stihl's Reel in the Outdoors for doing this. We're giving someone a chance to come hang out a full day in the camera boat for a behind the scenes look at filming Stihl's Reel in the Outdoors with Joe Thomas. Meet Joe, hang in the camera boat, and have a catered lunch with us at Carters Lake in May. Come meet Joe and watch us put a whoopin on some big Spots. Go to my FB page for the details on how to enter, it's FREE of course.

Here's the link to the FB contest: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=...ater

I have days available this month if you'd like to chase a trophy Spotted Bass or Striper

LB
