It was so extreme NE Utah that you might even consider it Idaho, but I thought I'd post it here anyway. We hit Foster last Saturday and ended up with about 30 dinkish perch and 10 or so trout. Kids had a blast though and we had a few interesting hook ups on very light bites. One example below. Even caught two perch on the jaw jacker.

Foster is in Idaho if it's the one East of Preston. Last time I checked Utah hadn't annexed Preston yet[sly].

We ran into a truck full of scouts from Utah leaving that morning and we were the only other people on the ice for a while so I'm claiming it as a Utah water. This is the first year I've purchased a year license for Idaho so we'll be spending a bunch more time up there this year.
