From what I've been closely looking at this year with the water level in deer creek and echo lake the most and it looks like since August till now it gained 23% at echo lake. Deer creek was a low 69% around October or November and now its at 82%.
Let's hope for some high water level this year comparing too least year tragic low water levels around Utah.
