This is how I clean all of my smaller perch that I am going to fry. Simple and easy.

Thanks for posting. I fixed your link so that it works. Kind of humorous for them to make a video on how to clean a perch, show pictures of several dead fish in the video, and then in the credits one finds:

I guess you didn't hear him explain that the meat peels right off of the bones. At about the 1:25 mark.
