Went to Jordanelle again for the third weekend in a row. Perch are still biting like crazy, and the trout were munching them up today. It was a total 180 to what it has been weather-wise... today was sunny and calm, last two weeks were stormy and windy. Still got the same results, maybe a little worse on perch and better on trout. My parents joined me today, and my mom got into a few good trout pushing 20". I brought home 6 perch all about 8". I caught 4 good trout myself. Two of my mom's went home for dinner, the rest of the slimers are still swimming.
Also, saw a couple nice surprises off the side of the road in Provo Canyon this morning, one nice sized herd of 20+ elk and this big ol' billy(wish I would have had more of a camera than my phone).
