Me and a buddy hit the Web on the 1st. I was ready first and as he was getting ready i started.3 cast in and a nice whittie. Stayed there for about 10 more min and nothing.my buddy still want ready so i moved to anther hole and 15 feet from me.about 3 min there a nice 13"brown.my buddy finally was ready after about 5 more min. after about 10 min there i tried another fly and 2 cast later a nice 14"brown.after a quick release i caught up.he hadn't caught anything yet but as i was about to move to the next hole he wad on.a nice 12"brown.i started onward.got to one of my fav.holes only to get skunked.the Flores were way low and there want and flows in that area.went to another fav.hole only to get the same results.my buddy comes to me with a nice 17"he landed.Asher about 30 mins there my buddy finally catches up.and i got a14"brown.the rest of the day was slow.my buddy never got anything else where i ended up with about 7 more.5 of them came out of just one hole and that was around 130.nothing all about 12_14".still not a bad day but can't wait to go back.only say 1 other Fisher but that's when we first got there and never saw him again.

Sounds like fun to me. What was the fly of the day? I hit up the Ogden today in the rain. It was great the rain must have melted all the other fishermen, because I had the river to myself. Caught about 12 or so in a couple hours. SanJuan worm, and a pheasant tail. worked the best today.

Sounds like a good day to me what part of the Weber? ^ and what part of the Ogden. I haven't fished the Weber. But i do hit the Ogden a couple times a week.

I prefer canyon, but haven't fished it this year because of the construction. That post was referring to the parkway. I haven't been fishing the Ogden as much as I used to. I've been exploring the Weber lately.

Ya i've been trying to figure out places to fish the Weber that are close. I found a spot on the huntsville exit that looks good, but do you know of any where closer in town that is decent? ( I work swing so i try to go fish for a couple hours before i head to work)

I don't have a lot of time so I fish the same way (short close to town trips). Just go exploring fishing is good from the canyon up. I'm shure it could be good below too, I have only tried a couple of times with not to much success.
