I hit the southfork again, Personally I caught nothing. Was disapointed too because I was definently presenting my jigs and even eggs to fish. Fickle little devils. A guy I was fishing right next to caught three and his partner one in pretty short order. Fish seemed well dispursed throughout the river saw them rolling everywhere you would expect them to be. A lot of people are up there right now!! Expect to be sharing a hole with a few others. Side note, there seems to be a big problem with everyone who came to enjoy the beauty of the place and the fish which depend on a healthy stream leaving garbage everywhere. Kinda really. Hope the poeple on this site will do thier part and maybe a little extra picking up other peoples litter.

Just returned from up there myself. Went 2/3 yesterday in the Stites area and nada today. Fish were hooked on egg and puff ball combo. Drove up to Dewey/mount Idaho on the way home. Fish are defineatly there. And yeah, that river attracts a "special" breed of redneck.
