Had a chance tonight to meet up with some friends at a dock on the Chick for some night time Crappie action. <br />Hondo and Shawn and their sons David and Cullen all came out and everyone caught fish. Thanks Shawn for<br />the tacos and dessert you brought.<br /><br />We were all throwing the 1/32oz blue hair jigs under floats. Action started off slow and gradually became<br />steady catching fish, 3 to 1 ratio (small to keepers). Most of these fish were from 5-10ft deep, no giants<br />caught but all good solid Crappie.<br /><br />We caught 36 keepers and Hondo kept a couple of stringers full to take home and clean. We all agreed to <br />release all the females though. <br /><br />We all had a good time and caught plenty of fish! Enjoy the pics.
