The Nevada Striper Club is having an open tournament in May.
This is open to the public and no membership required.
Here is a view into a tournament.
NDOW allows you to catch and keep any or all Stripers under less than 20".
Striper 20" or longer the limit is 20 fish of this size.
You can fish all three days or any day or time you can get to the lake. Lake Mead in it's entirety is open to fishing by boat or shore. (LAKE MOHAVE & Willow Beach are off limits)
You can leave the lake at any time and return and fish at a later time or day. You can fish just one day if you want.
Sort thru your fish and pick out your (4) four biggest fish and bring them to the weigh in on Sunday.
Please keep your fish on ice, any discolored fish or any fish not having red gills will not be accepted.
