Fished big cottonwood last week... Wouldn't call it much of a river though! It's all pocket water. Nothing bigger than 10" or so. Dry dropper is the best way to fish that water. Haresear did the trick and something you can see as your dry, elk hair, royal wulf, etc. as far as bells I don't know when they stocked it last, pretty sure they stock it primarily with cutts though

I wen't up there and fishing sucked. The place is too shallow and most of the fish get spooked or they pile up one on top of each other and don't care what's in there face.

I fished bells canyon last week and it was steady fishing on a few dries and some nymphs just stripping them back a foot under the surface, most fish are small but some nice ones if your lucky.
