I am determined to get a pike on the fly this year and have heard Yuba is the place to do it. I have done plenty of research and know, generally, what kinda structure to look for, flies to use, etc. However, I am not familiar with Yuba reservoir at all. I will be fishing from shore (wading) which will of course make it difficult, but one pike and I will be happy.

What area of the lake should I focus on? Again I am fishing from shore so it will make things difficult. I just want to make sure I am not stumbling around on private ground and that I have a decent chance at a pike.
