Just thought I would let everyone know with the low water on the southfork fishing is still really good if you can find a good hole off of fast moving water we fished from the twin bridges area to the feeder head gates at heise from 7 am to noon and did really well caught about 14 fish only one worth taking home but fish where hitting on blue and silver spinners and worm also talked to a guy fishing on the canal side of the head gates who said he caught a 4lb rainbow the day before on mealworm and a bobber hope this helps

The paper said the river is rising...went from 900 to 2300 this week. That still isn't that high, but it is going up.

ya it is up went out today and water was up a foot or better on the bank only caught one today on my little girls panda bear fishing pole go figure she is 3 had more fun playing with the worms but was still happy to get one we where only out about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs in the middle of the day

Usually takes two days after they change water levels for the fishing to pick back up.

I have an old girl up there and that's the only reason I don't go back... same reason I don't go back to Spokane, WA....
Miss the years I was out in the wilderness with you guys.
