Is any one doing the DAV'S fishing day this year???

Didn't they say they were going to split locations this year and do a Willard Bay and Strawberry locations? I'm hoping so, I'd like to help again and strawberry is a long ways for me to try and support. Later J

Not that I heard of, it is hard to have one on a lake like the Berry alone not to even think of two on two lakes..

According to Todd(wet1), the DAV event will be July 26th this year. He did say there would be one at Willard as well as Strawberry but that could have changed since last year, here is a link to where he was talking about this years DAV date.

Todd sent me a PM awhile back and didn't sound like there was going to be one at Willard, just the one at Strawberry. He has had some personal issues that he has had to deal with, so I think that has taken up alot of his time. He did a great job last year and put alot of work into the event.

I am posting this everywhere I can to try to get a ride to the DAV fishing day @ Strawberry on July 27th:

Last year, Mike Scott was able to pick me up in downtown SLC. Emily Potter said that she and Mike Smith are unable to provide transportation through the VA to the event this year. The fishing and travel were wonderful last year! 

Can anyone give me, a foldup wheelchair and my seizure alert service dog transportation to the event this year?

Seizure prone individuals are not allowed to operate a motor vehicle, so I cannot drive. I am available to go early, bring a tent and camp out. 

Thank you so very much! I would always love to go fishing if someone has room. I have a Utah lifetime fishing license.  I can stand and walk for short periods.

Thank you Orvy for the ride and the conversation to and from the fishing event. I had a wonderful time! Our boat (National Guard pontoon boat) caught plenty of fish, and our best fisherman used a barbie rod and reel to catch the most fish on our boat and the biggest fish of the event! We had great conversation all day, and everyone on the boat caught fish. Thank you so very much!
