We started shallow (5 feet or less) and stayed there until the cloud cover lifted around 11:00. Great day for numbers and a very good day for quality. All of our keepers (we stopped counting at 15) were caught on plastics with 8" Zoom Lizards, bottom dwelling Baby Paca Craws, Zoom Vibra Tail Worms on a shakeyhead, and Texas rigged Berkley Power Worms doing the damage.. Once the sun came out, we fished deeper (15-20 feet). Not as many bites but the quality was there. Our best 5 would go 20 lbs. 2 of our 4 lbers are pictured.

Water temps were between 72 and 74 degrees. Water was lightly stained. Wind was a factor only briefly.
